Qualifications

• PTA licensed to practice in New York state.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities.
• Effective communication and instruction to patients.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in patient care and notifies supervising PT of patient changes.
• Follow the Plan of Care and state practice guidelines.
• Educates patients on exercises and recovery
• Document in EMR and assist with daily notes under supervision
• Provide safe, compassionate care and maintain patient confidentiality
