Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in New York, full-time, to assist in delivering individualized therapy plans with a skilled team.

Successful candidates will be licensed in NY, comfortable with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities, and able to document in EMR under PT supervision. We offer mentorship, growth, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
• Demonstrates professional judgment and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in patient care, following Plan of Care.
• Observe and report patient condition to supervising PT.
• Document in EMR and support therapy sessions.
• Educate patients on exercises and proper technique.
• Maintain confidentiality and safe work environment.
