Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Webster, MA. You will provide PT services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, participate in screenings, develop and follow treatment plans, and educate residents and families.

Required are an Associate's degree in physical therapy, active PTA license, and commitment to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist in evaluation planning with the Physical Therapist and contribute to treatment plans.
• Contribute to patient and family education and training on equipment and techniques.
