Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy or PTA program.
• Must hold a valid PTA license in the applicable state.
• Strong documentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed PT, optimize patient functional abilities.
• Build and maintain effective PT programs within facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinicians to advance patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Oversee Rehab Techs where required and manage caseloads as assigned.
