Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to company guidelines.

You will maintain professional practice, utilize clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy assistant.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic Internet navigation.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Maintain professional conduct and build rapport with facilities and clients.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians when required and participate in case management.
