You will participate in ongoing training, collaborate with clinical leadership, and support our mission of improving patient mobility and independence across SNFs and related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy (PTA track).
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy and related services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.
