Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, assisting with all phases of therapy, documenting patient responses, and communicating with the PT, Rehab Director, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Help implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
