• Providing written instructions and training to patients.

Responsibilities

• Administers modalities and utilizes equipment as needed.
• Discusses patient’s progress and treatment goals with the Physical Therapist.
• Completes Outcome Measure scores Functional Independence Measure (FIM).

Skills
