Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy procedures and related tasks as delegated.
• Document patient progress notes.
• Provide technical assistance and direction to the Physical Therapy aide and coordinate department workload.
• Modify treatment procedures within the supervising Physical Therapist's plan as patient status changes.
• Address age-specific needs and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Report patient safety issues as identified.
