Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering patient-centered care. You will assist with modalities, support treatment plans, and help patients progress toward functional goals across ages.

Applicants must have an Associate's Degree in PTA and a current Alaska PTA license with BLS certification. Acute and rehabilitation experience is preferred, with a commitment to compassionate service.

Formación

• Requires an Associate's Degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Current Alaska PTA license.
• BLS or BCLS certification required.
• Acute or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Physical Therapists in administering prescribed therapy modalities.
• Work with therapists to understand treatment plans for a variety of injuries and disabilities.
• Help patients reach maximum functioning within their capabilities.
• Participate in department improvement activities.
• Provide care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
