Qualifications

Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary.
Maintain ongoing documentation of patient goals and progress.
Complete all required documentation legibly and timely.
Maintain open communication with co-workers and patients.
Supervise staff, aides and students as needed.
