Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Assist in initial evaluations as appropriate.
• Implement treatment per the established plan of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Integrate PT services into facility and interdisciplinary plans.
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with healthcare staff and colleagues.
