Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA or PT program.
• Ability to perform PT-related tasks under supervision.
• Willingness to supervise rehabilitation technicians and students.

Responsibilities

• Implements a physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Supervises rehabilitation technicians and others with regard to patient care.
• Documents appropriately in the medical record and completes other documentation duties accurately and efficiently.
• May serve as Clinical Instructor for PTA interns.
• Promotes safety, efficiency and quality in patient care.
