Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide individualized therapy services for residents in a SNF setting. The role includes screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

This position offers a starting pay of $30.00 per hour (based on skills and experience) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, flexible schedule, and comprehensive benefits to support work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Program.
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
• Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
