Job summary

Freedom Pointe at the Villages is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our care team. The role offers a flexible schedule with weekdays and weekends, full-time and PRN opportunities, no travel, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You will provide individualized OT services, document and communicate patient progress, and support residents' recovery with compassionate care. Qualified candidates must hold a Florida OTA license and may have SNF therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida.
• SNF therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services individualized to the patient, including screening, treatment, and program planning.
• Communicate status updates to staff and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll.
