Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team in Charlotte County, Florida. This PRN role involves providing skilled therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence in patients' homes.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Florida PTA license.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

This is a Pro Re Nata (PRN) position with variable time and hours can vary from week to week based on staffing needs, patient volume, call‑offs, vacations, or organizational requirements. What You'll Do

• Patient Care: Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
