Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team on-site in New Jersey. You will support licensed therapists, help implement individualized rehabilitation plans, and document progress for each resident to ensure optimal outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center, you will work alongside our experienced physical therapists to provide individualized and effective physical therapy interventions to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans, conducting physical therapy treatments, and maintaining accurate records of resident progress.
