Job summary

FellowshipLIFE, based in Manchester Township, NJ, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. You will provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under supervision, promoting residents’ mobility, independence, and wellness.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, NJ license, and strong communication and patient-service skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by the APTA.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement resident-specific treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as directed by leadership.
• Maintain therapy equipment and report repair needs.

Pines Village is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and assist in rehabilitation efforts under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your contributions will directly impact our residents' quality of life by promoting independence, improving mobility, and supporting overall wellness.

Schedule

This is a per diem position offering weekday and weekend coverage.

Day shifts: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekdays and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

Implement resident-specific treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Assist Physical Therapists with evaluations, assessments, tests, and therapeutic procedures.

Guide residents through mobility activities and therapeutic exercises designed to improve strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs and goals.

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as directed by the Director of Rehabilitation or Office Manager.

Maintain therapy equipment and report any repair or maintenance needs.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families in a compassionate and professional manner.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
