FellowshipLIFE in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. Under supervision of a licensed OT, you will help residents improve independence and adapt to physical changes, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and supporting group therapy activities while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current New Jersey COTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to older adults.

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
• Support and assist with group therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure resident safety during all therapy interventions.

Fellowship Village is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents improve their independence, maximize functional abilities, and adapt to physical limitations following illness, injury, or changes in functional status. Your work will play an important role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
