Lacey Post Acute in Lacey, WA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team at a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. You will work with an experienced team to deliver high-quality rehab services to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to residents in a SNF setting.

• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA
• Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA; license in good standing.
• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
