Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy to residents to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes.
