Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Fort Collins home health team. You will deliver prescribed therapies in the patient's home, helping them regain mobility and independence with guidance from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (CAPTE, APTA, CAHEA, or AMA approved).
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice (Required).
• 1+ years of physical therapy experience in a home health setting (Preferred).
• CPR Certification

• Administer physician-prescribed physical therapy treatments to help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and manage physical disabilities.
• Empower individuals to achieve their highest level of physical capability, productivity, and independence.

Schedule & Hours

• Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Flexibility: Weekends as needed
