Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare in Colorado seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver physician-prescribed physical therapy in home health settings. You will work to improve or minimize disabilities and help patients return to their optimum functional level within their capabilities.

The role requires licensure in the practicing state, with one year of home health experience preferred and a schedule that supports a day shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a PTA-level degree from an approved physical therapy curriculum.
• Currently licensed in the state of practice.
• One year of home health experience preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy Assistant from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
• Currently licensed in the state in which practicing
• One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)

Job Type and Pay

PRN to Part-time

• $38-45/hr
• Up to 20 hours a week
