Qualifications

  • Measure and document patients' range of motion, strength, and vital signs as needed.
  • Report patient status to physicians and other healthcare personnel.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients and their families on the use of assistive devices and home exercise techniques.
  • Assist in quality assurance programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in physical therapy principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs and progress.
  • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team in Folkston, GA. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries or surgeries under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
