Job summary

Advance Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Georgia. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct care under established protocols, while coordinating with physicians and insurers.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, guiding assistants, and creating comprehensive plans to meet patient goals. The role requires a CAPTE-accredited degree and eligibility for Georgia licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must be able to obtain a Georgia PT license.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Basic PC skills and EMR literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care per guidelines and plans of care.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Oversee care delivered by assistants and rehab technicians
• Develop goals and a comprehensive treatment program.
• Implement PT treatment programs and modalities.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we'd love for you to start your career with us!

• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
