Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home Bristelcone Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join as a PRN member. The PTA will help patients in their own homes regain independence by improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities, working closely with the PT, families, and care team.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in PTA, active PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical PTA experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License and automobile insurance.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients at home to regain independence by improving mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver patient-centered care to achieve established goals.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join the CommonSpirit Health at Home Bristelcone Home Health team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.
