Sharp HealthCare is seeking an aide to support therapists across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. You will assist with patient care, maintain equipment, and help with inventory and simple clerical tasks, contributing to a smooth therapy service workflow.
The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year healthcare experience, and AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification. Expect 8/40 hours, shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with SEIU CBA internal posting

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $25.000 - $25.000 - $29.590
This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with SEIU.
In alignment with the SEIU CBA, this position will be posted for 7 days internally from 9.21.26 to 9.28.26 and available only to existing members of the ratified SEIU Bargaining Unit.
Assists therapists and therapy assistants in performance of patient-related tasks in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements. These services will be provided in settings across the entire continuum of care including inpatient acute care, inpatient acute rehabilitation, and outpatient services. Adheres to professional standards of conduct and ethics as outlined by department expectations and professional organizations. Is responsible for cleaning and simple maintenance of equipment. Assists with maintenance of department inventory and ordering of general departmental supplies. Escorting patients and performance of some basic clerical duties may be required.
