We are currently seeking a part-time physical therapy aide to join our physical therapy team. This position provides day-to-day support to our licensed Physical Therapists while helping patients feel comfortable, prepared, and supported throughout their appointments.
The Physical Therapy Aide is an important part of keeping our clinic running efficiently. You’ll spend much of your day working directly with patients, preparing treatment spaces, assisting with therapist-directed activities, and making sure equipment and supplies are ready for each appointment.
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and is comfortable staying active throughout a busy clinic day. Because many of the patients we serve are Spanish-speaking, bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll have regular interaction with patients throughout their course of care. We expect every team member to communicate with patience, professionalism, and respect while helping create an environment where patients feel comfortable during their rehabilitation.
You’ll be responsible for following clinic safety and cleanliness procedures, maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA, and communicating any patient concerns or changes to the appropriate clinical team member.
This physical therapy aide position is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment while making a direct impact on the patient experience.
