Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Fountain Valley, CA, is recruiting a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy clinics while assisting therapists and front-office tasks.

You will help patients transition to therapy, prepare equipment, manage records, and schedule appointments to ensure a smooth experience. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and precise organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Healthcare setting experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Brand: Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy

Pay: $16.90/hr

Schedule: Part time - clinic is open M-F 7am-7pm
