  • Manage basic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and handling documentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment, promoting a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure overall facility cleanliness, including offices, restrooms, gym, break room, and waiting area.
  • Foster effective communication and patient flow among therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families, showing empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional guidelines, prioritizing patient confidentiality in all aspects.
