Back in Motion, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a Rehab Tech (Physical Therapy Aide) to join our team in Brewer, Maine. The role involves preparing treatment areas, cleaning spaces, obtaining supplies, transporting patients, and assisting therapists with the therapy plan.

Under the supervision of the Clinic Director and therapists, you may also perform routine clerical tasks to support front office processes while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred.
• Effective communication with diverse people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and assist therapists and assistants.
• Transport patients to and from Rehabilitation Services.
• Assist with patient treatments and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly therapy areas and equipment.
• Communicate with patients and health care team to support care.
