Athletico Physical Therapy in Virginia is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and help with administrative tasks in accordance with state regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and efficient clinic flow. Responsibilities include preparing patients, aiding exercises, and handling scheduling and light inventory.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Energetic and a team player with compassion toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments and assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean treatment area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock and maintain supplies and restrooms; manage laundry.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of clinic supplies.
