Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists with patient flow under supervision.

  • Set up therapeutic exercise equipment, modalities, and other supplies.
  • Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient clinic environment.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with patients, staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and restock clinic supplies.
  • Follow all clinic safety, privacy, and infection-control procedures.
  • Perform other duties that support the clinical team and daily operations.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and personable Physical Therapy Aide. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with athletes and active individuals and is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.

The Physical Therapy Aide will support our physical therapists with equipment setup, clinic organization, and administrative tasks while helping create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient flow under appropriate supervision.
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and between patient appointments.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist with clinic activities throughout the workday.

Compensation & Benefits

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$20.50 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits. Eligible full‑time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
