Job summary

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinicians in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with athletes and active individuals, and who wants hands-on experience in a dynamic team setting.

The Physical Therapy Aide will assist therapists, help prepare and organize treatments, and contribute to a welcoming patient experience across multiple offices in Central New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in physical therapy, sports medicine, exercise science, kinesiology, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with clinic activities throughout the workday.
• Must be able to safely lift and move equipment and supplies as required.

The Physical Therapy Aide will support our physical therapists with equipment setup, clinic organization, and administrative tasks while helping create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.

Compensation & Benefits:

OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$20.50 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits. Eligible full‑time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
