JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to assist patients and support therapists at our NJ locations. The role focuses on guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive patient experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The assistant supports daily operations, maintains cleanliness, assists with laundry, and collaborates with the team to deliver high-quality care and service.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to fluid situations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Works as a team member and individually with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Calling patients into the treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintains clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry, making sure towels are clean and available.
• Works as a team member to ensure patient receives a positive experience.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keeps safe and orderly work environment.
• Able to answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
