You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to discharge. Responsibilities include assisting patients to therapy areas, preparing equipment, maintaining records and scheduling, supporting billing, and keeping treatment spaces clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients moving to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support therapists and maintain patient records and scheduling.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Aid front office tasks during downtime (phone, documents, payments).
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces and equipment.
• Assist with billing procedures as needed.
