Full-time hours, Mon-Thu 8am-6pm and Fri 8am-1pm, with pay between $17.13 and $20 per hour plus benefits. A high school diploma is required, healthcare exposure is a plus, and strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support a positive clinic environment and assist with patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Assist front office with tasks such as phone coverage, document scanning, scheduling, payments, and filing.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment including daily cleaning and stocking.
