Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide at our Arlington, WA clinic. The part-time role (25 hours/week) supports therapists, assists patients during transitions, and helps maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas with comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support the clinic culture during transitional periods of therapy.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks as needed (phone calls, scanning documents, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
