Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas with safe, supportive care.
• Provide customer service and maintain a positive clinic atmosphere.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with billing.
• Support front office tasks when needed (phone, documents, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions with required materials and exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
