Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit and hire a Physical Therapy Aide at our Morgan Hill clinic. You’ll support therapists, assist patients, and help with front desk tasks while maintaining a clean, organized therapy space.

This part-time role offers 25 hours per week, with a salary of $17–$19 per hour depending on experience and skill set. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm, at 605 Tennant Ave, Morgan Hill, CA 95037.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare coursework is a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach toward assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when downtime occurs including answering the phone, scanning documents, scheduling patients, taking payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning, tables, laundry, stocking supplies.
