Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to create a positive clinic experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks such as phone calls, document scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning.
