Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Ohio to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and perform routine administrative tasks in a compliant setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and accurate documentation while supporting daily clinic operations. Prior rehab aide experience is preferred; strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills; written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises under supervision
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens and maintains supply areas
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing
• Keeps track of supplies and may order inventory
