Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support therapists and front-desk coordinators in our Ohio clinic. You will greet patients, assist during treatment, and help with administrative tasks in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with exercises, applying modalities, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion for patients, and reliable scheduling support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior clinical aide/rehab tech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Ability to document clearly and manage paperwork.
• Able to work with therapists and assistants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists during treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments; filing and chart management.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
