Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our Downey clinic. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, helping patients transition to therapy and ensuring a smooth visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture with friendly service and attention to patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks such as phone, scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment daily.
