California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will assist with transitions to therapy, prep equipment, handle scheduling and billing, and contribute to a positive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients during transitions to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic environment with customer service and patient needs.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
