Cal Rehab & Sports Therapy in Tracy, CA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and front desk functions. You’ll assist patients, prepare treatment areas, maintain records, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming visit.

The position is part-time at $18.47/hr, with clinic hours Mon–Fri 7am–5pm. Ideal candidates are patient-centered, team players with good communication, organization, and a desire to grow in outpatient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach toward assisting individuals in need.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks when downtime occurs including answering the phone, scanning documents, scheduling, taking payments.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning, tables, laundry, stocking supplies.
