California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in San Clemente is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. You will assist patients transitioning to therapy and support the clinic with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role focuses on customer service, equipment preparation, record-keeping, scheduling, and assisting therapists during sessions. Part-time schedule typically Monday–Friday within clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education is a plus.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to helping individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to maintain a positive clinic environment.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with billing.
• Assist front office tasks when possible: answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, process payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; perform daily cleaning and restocking.
