Athletico in Bloomington, IN is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patients and clinicians. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks under the supervision of therapists and the Patient Experience Coordinator.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and teamwork in a busy clinic, with duties ranging from preparing patients for therapy to maintaining supplies and scheduling. Previous rehab tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document clearly.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Energetic, compassionate team player focused on patient care.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under supervision of staff.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities) and maintains equipment.
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after use.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing.
• Assists with keeping track of supplies and inventory as needed.
