Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care during therapy sessions under guidance of the physical therapist or assistant.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.
• Educate patients on exercises, proper form, and treatment goals as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and equipment to support a safe environment.
• Assist with laundry duties and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient progress records.
• Report equipment issues to the appropriate staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth patient experiences.
