Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state regulations.

You will help patients prepare for sessions, support therapists with exercises, and ensure a clean, organized treatment area. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion for patients, and reliable office routines.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal); ability to document projects clearly; attention to detail and time management; patient satisfaction; energetic team player; compassion toward patients; thorough task completion; basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists; place/remove supportive devices and provide routine treatment.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Manage linens, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Help track non-medical and medical supplies, and may order inventory.
